BOMBAY SAPPHIRE

Bombay sapphire is the perfect gin to be used in any cocktail where gin is present, but it has gained fame for the quality of gin and tonic. The way to serve Gin Tonic is the most traditional and very simple: Fill a large, wide-mouthed glass with ice. Cut a lime peel and make a "twist" (squeeze the peel) into the glass. Pour the gin (about 5ml) and then the tonic water (200ml) carefully poured over ice. Serve with a slice of lime.
